2mee Platform Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 23 June 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 2mee platform services, including the portal, software development kit, hosted experience pages, and related services provided by 2mee.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
You confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation and that account credentials will be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection, consumer protection, and marketing laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the services to host unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
5. Customer Content and Responsibility
You retain ownership of your content and data. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights, permissions, and legal bases required to upload, process, and publish that content through 2mee services.
6. Intellectual Property
2mee and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property, except for rights expressly granted to you under these terms.
7. Fees and Subscription
Where applicable, fees, billing intervals, and payment terms are set out in your order, subscription plan, or commercial agreement with 2mee.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Each party will comply with applicable data protection laws. You acknowledge that 2mee may process data as a service provider for the purpose of delivering the platform.
9. Service Availability and Changes
2mee will use reasonable care and skill in providing the platform but may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, performance, and legal compliance.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis and 2mee excludes implied warranties. 2mee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
11. Termination
2mee may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these terms, legal risk, or security concern. You may stop using the services at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless otherwise required by law.
